Prices and purchase conditions

We offer, to our customers, the following variants of real estate purchasing:

General-design project: a house of 158 m2 at a land plot of 430 to 620 m2, price ranging from EUR 900 to 1,300 per m2 including the land plot!
Thus, a turnkey house of 158 m2 at a land plot of 430m2 will cost you EUR 142,200.
A variant without conclusion of a construction contract: You can buy a land plot for the building of your house, with all the required documents of title provided and all preliminary expenses (including the utility connection charges) paid up; with asphalted access lanes. Land plot sizes – from 450 to 550 m2.
Prices for land plots range from EUR 29,000 to 37,000. Turnkey construction of your house will cost you approximately EUR 450 per m2.
If you do not want to conclude a construction contract, you will have to comply with the following simple conditions:
- the size of your house at the base may not exceed 11 x 12m;
- the house shall be 2-storey;
- made from solid materials (such as brick or stone), with a tiled roof;
Seventeen (17) land plots are offered for sale.
Another option is the construction of a house in accordance with the Customer-provided project (i.e. the project to be provided by you). In such a case, the conditions as specified under para.1 above should be met. The cost of such a house will be higher by approximately EUR 30 per m2.
If necessary, we will be ready to consider any option for sale of real estate in Grahovo settlement including payment by installments for several years.
The standard schedule requires that the first payment (50%) be made for the shell-and-core house (with a roof but without finishing), then two 20% payments within 6 months (as the respective stage of construction activities becomes complete), and the final 10% payment – upon completion of the construction activities.

ECODOM Construction and Investment Company have no encumbrances, nor any liabilities to third parties; therefore, we are ready to consider any option for sale of real estate.
